• Convenience Stores: 7-Eleven, FamilyMart (available for both Taiwan’s main island and outlying islands)

Shipping Information
• Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is placed (not including the day of order placement).
• Delivery hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. No deliveries will be arranged after 6:00 PM.
• During holiday seasons or in cases of high order volumes or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters), shipping may be delayed.
• For Home Delivery: The actual delivery schedule will depend on the logistics provider’s routing arrangements.
• For Convenience Store Pickup: Please note the notification SMS for pickup and collect your package within 7 days. Failure to do so may result in shipping costs, which will be borne by the customer.
