Product Inspection Period

Except for products that are perishable, have a short shelf life (close to expiry at the time of return/cancellation), customized items, current newspapers, periodicals or magazines, unsealed audio-visual products, software, game cards, other types of point cards, unsealed personal hygiene items, and other items not eligible for the 7-day inspection period as per the “Reasonable Exceptions to the Right to Terminate Distance Sales,” you are entitled to a 7-day inspection period (including weekends) starting from the day the product arrives.


If you need to return a product, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving it and provide the following information:

Return Policy

Returned items must be unused and free from damage, stains, or defects caused by improper handling. The 7-day inspection period under consumer protection laws is intended for you to evaluate the product and confirm whether it meets your needs; it is not a trial period. If specified by our store, the product must be returned in its original packaging (including outer packaging boxes); otherwise, the return will not be accepted.


Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

The 7-day inspection period has expired.

The product has been opened, used, or damaged due to human factors, including but not limited to stains, defects, damage, wear, scratches, or dirt.

The return package is incomplete, such as missing packaging, invoices, or accessories.

Malicious or frequent returns.


Return Process

1. Contact customer service.

2. Confirm eligibility for return.

3. Prepare the complete product and invoice.

4. Provide recipient information, contact details, and address.

5. The product will be collected by a logistics provider commissioned by the store.


Refund Information

Credit Card Payments: Refunds will be credited back to the original card used for payment upon confirmation of a successful return.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be transferred to the bank account you provide upon confirmation of a successful return.


Exchange Policy

Exchanged items must be unused and free from damage, stains, or defects caused by improper handling. If specified by our store, the product must be returned in its original packaging (including outer packaging boxes); otherwise, the exchange will not be accepted.


Exchange Process

If you and the store agree to process an exchange, please first return the original item under the initial order and then place a new order. The store will issue an invoice for any price differences and collect or refund the difference accordingly. If there is no price difference, no additional action is required.
